• Listed prices (e.g., per cent or total house budget) are indicative guide prices and are subject to final agreement between buyers and sellers.
• DTCP / RERA approvals, survey numbers, and document titles are verified prior to site visits; however, buyers are advised to complete legal title verification prior to executing final sale deeds.
• Property availability is updated dynamically; listings marked “Sold Out” or “Under Offer” are reserved.

3. Site Visits & Appointments

Free property site visit assistance is offered to genuine property seekers. Appointments are scheduled based on mutual convenience. Visitors are requested to provide accurate contact details when booking visits through our helpline or online forms.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide truthful information when submitting inquiry forms, respect property owners during physical site inspections, and not use the website for unauthorized commercial scraping or telemarketing solicitations.

5. Intellectual Property

All logo marks, branding assets, custom photography, site plans, layout graphics, and written content on Nilan Properties are the property of Nilan Properties and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
